Filters

The HEPA filter
The HEPA filter currently represents the highest standard of absolute filtration for domestic use: it is capable of filtering particles smaller than 0.3 microns in diameter.
This size is so small that it is invisible to the human eye—infinitely smaller than the diameter of a red blood cell (7.5 µm) or a human hair (65–78 µm).
Filter bank
Depending on the intended use, the filters in a Controlled Mechanical Ventilation (CMV) systemcan be installed in single filter banks or in multiple banks, that is, in a combined series. In this case, the term “filter bank” is used to indicate that there are two or more filter units arranged in series.a true filtering system.
Aircare is equipped with a filtering system capable of capturing allergens and the smallest harmful particles dispersed in the air.
It is equipped with 2 different filters:
A combined filter consisting of one G4 pre-filter and one high-efficiency nanofiber filter, located upstream of the heat exchanger on the outdoor air intake branch.
A G3 filter located upstream of the heat exchanger on the exhaust air branch.
