Project Development

Drawing on its expertise in the design of steel and aluminum structures, acquired during the 125 years of activity of Savio Group and thanks to a team of over 40 engineers, Thesan is able to satisfy any requirement for the construction of photovoltaic power plants at any altitude and with any specific fixing requirements.

Construction

In addition to offering support and advice in the assembly of its structures, the design of which also takes into account an optimization of the construction and maintenance costs, Thesan also offers Turn Key EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) services.

Both for its investments, that allow Thesan to increase its portfolio of green energy production, and for its activities as General Contractor as Turn Key EPC, Thesan takes upon itself the development, operational and financial risk linked to the realisation of the projects. For a part of its investments, there is the aim of ceasing the project within 12-18 months to investors that are not willing to take upon themselves the risks of development and construction.

Operation

Thesan’s investments are financed through leasing contracts or medium/long-term project finance. Thesan can create added value in the operation phase thanks to the daily management of the asset and to the choice of O&M contractor leader in the sector.

Research and development

The two key levers to improve the quality of products. TMS constantly evolving. Thanks to its know-how, acquired in 125 years of experience, Savio has transmitted to Thesan the necessary competences to excel in the design and production of complete mounting systems both from qualitative and technical point of view.

Structural controls

Through certified FEM codes (NASTRAN/Optistruct®) Thesan performs structural controls and projects, both linear and non-linear in compliance with the Eurocodes and in compliance with the regulations of the country where the plant is mounted.

In addition to the solutions proposed in the catalogue, Thesan offers a range of completely customized products and systems to suit every need of its customers.

Quality, ease and speed in assembly

High standards of quality for every single component. The attention paid to every single detail ensures not only an incomparable constructive ease and speed of assembly, but also the maximum safety in every phase of assembly and maintenance. We use high-quality materials as aluminium EN-AW-6063, stainless steels and reinforced technopolymers with fi berglass to guarantee a long lasting mounting system.

Warranty

The well-established quality of our systems and of our simple and easy to use materials offers confidence and reliability to our clients. For this reason, we grant a 12-year warranty for all our products against any manufacturing or material defects.

Compliance certificates

The group TÜV Rheinland is in charge of controlling a standard range of products on the basis of adequate criteria. Certifications Thesan Mounting System pending obtain.
